In honor of International Women's Day 2018, Vaynermedia put out an agency-wide brief for an idea that celebrated and empowered VM women and beyond, and could come to life in a matter of days, while reach as many people as possible.


My partner and I created The DailyShe - a takeover of The DailyVee, founder Gary Vaynerchuk's daily video series (which inadvertently featured mostly men). In 48 hours, we put together a panel of four agency rockstars, and interviewed over 40 additional VM women.


Gary's female AND male fans came out in droves to comment on how inspiring the video was, and asked for regular content spotlighting the women at Vayner in the future.
